Our prices are just that, our prices. No extra charges at all, for anything. Dogs stay free, the wifi is free, the bed linen and towels are included, loan of dog equipment is free.
We offer:
Weekly breaks - Friday to Friday (two or more weeks will have the same start & end day)
3 night short breaks - Friday to Monday
4 night short breaks - Monday to Friday

RENTAL NOTES
- A 35% deposit is required on booking, with the balance being payable no less than two calendar months before your holiday.
- A £200 refundable damages deposit is also required and is payable with the balance. This will be refunded within 7 days of the end of your holiday as long as you leave the property how you found it. For more details please see our terms & conditions page.
- Short breaks are priced to take into account our fixed costs, which remain the same whether for one person for one night or full capacity for seven nights.
- Payment can be made online by card or by bank transfer .
- For bookings less than 7 days in advance, payment must be made by bank transfer.
- We reserve the right to refuse a booking at our discretion.
